• Current Passion In fandom terms, the one I'm biggest on right now is Miraculous Ladybug. That's the main thing I'm writing fanfic for at the time.

  
  

  I'm a big Star Trek fan, but I haven't watched nearly enough of it yet, especially of the newer things (but it looks like Strange New Worlds might change that). There is also a continual stream of shows and books that I like; the most recent ones are Wednesday (Netflix show) and The Locked Tomb.

  
  

  My main passion is and has been railroads for a long time. Learning about them, riding them, taking pictures and so on. I'm also very invested in model railroading, and I haven't yet found a good place online to talk about it.

  
  

  Finally, I like to play with electronics and software development.

My parents love riding old trains and use them as a handy excuse for road trips. :) Accordingly, trains have been a constant in my life. It makes me so happy to see here, though I wish I had a good place to refer you towards, to properly share that passion.

I am a fan of the rolling public art gallery that is trains. :D Some of the graffiti is gorgeous stuff.

I've seen some very fine displays of that. There's a group that sets up in the mall sometimes. One section of mountain has a flying saucer embedded in the side. :D

You might consider urban_photos or photographic_i for pictures of full-size trains, and crafty or justcreate for model layouts. I could not turn up anything specific about model railroads or even general hobbies though. :/ It's easy to start communities in Dreamwidth; you could certainly make one for this topic.
